We use the best quality materials in every part of our ‘vans, even on features you wouldn’t think about at first glance. They have been tried, tested and proven by us and our many customers through the years. For example, we use stainless steel wherever possible, such as for the hinges on the pop top, adding to the longevity of your ‘van. It’s all about prevention rather than quick fixes and repairs.
Our excellent aftercare
One aspect that we pride ourselves on massively is our aftercare. We want to build trust with our customers and one of the best ways to do that is to simply make you feel valued.
We offer a 3-year in-house conversion warranty on all of our ‘vans. Bring it to our premises in Rotherham (near Sheffield) where we can get everything fixed up. We’re happy to make changes and upgrades to make your ‘van work for you and your family. Your ‘van will become your most prized possession so it’s important to us that it’s everything you want it to be!
If you’re not based around Rotherham, we’ve teamed up with campervan and caravan engineers up and down the country in their workshops. For any minor issues, we book you in with them whenever it’s convenient and wherever is closest to you. These are relationships that we’ve been building for years so we only work with the most reliable and experienced engineers!
We don’t get many warranty issues because we use all our years of expertise to build you a good quality ‘van. Richard has been in the trade for over 25 years so we know what works and what fails.
As part of our aftersales care, we also offer habitation checks to maintain the upkeep of your campervan and ensure it is safe to use. However, we don’t want you to cut a holiday short because of something that could’ve been spotted earlier on.
We care about your ‘van and you!
Many of our customers come to us at first to hire a ‘van because they’re unsure if it will be a worthwhile investment.
