RIB crash-tested seating and bed systems
All Orange campervans use RIB seating and bed systems, which are fully crash tested to European safety standards. These are widely regarded as one of the safest and most reliable seating and bed solutions used in campervan conversions.

Insulation designed for year-round comfort
We use 10mm closed foam foil-backed insulation, followed by recycled plastic insulation fleece in the cavities, which helps maintain its structural integrity over time. A vapour barrier is then fitted on bare metal areas, helping protect the vehicle structure while supporting long-term durability.​​
​Full electrical safety test
Every electrical system is professionally checked, from wiring routes to fuse ratings and battery connections. These tests ensure there are no weak links or hidden faults, so your sockets, chargers and lighting work safely and reliably both on and off-grid.

Pre-handover safety checks
Before handover, every campervan goes through full gas safety and pre-use checks to ensure everything is working exactly as it should, giving you confidence that your campervan is safe, reliable and ready for the road.
