Our first ever indoor Open Day– Here’s what happened

What a day! On Sunday 6th July, we opened our doors for something brand new – our very first indoor Open Day at Orange Campers HQ in Rotherham.
And despite the rain trying its best to dampen spirits early on, it turned out to be a great day with a cracking turnout.
A warm welcome (and wagging tails!)
After a slow start thanks to the drizzle, the place soon filled up with friendly faces – and even one furry one! Jack the pup was in his absolute element.
When he wasn’t curled up for a little snooze, he was trotting around happily greeting visitors (and lapping up the attention!). 🐶
'Vans, chats and camper dreams
Inside, the stars of the show were, of course, our campers – and it was the perfect setting to really take them all in, no umbrellas required!
Our MWB Trouvaille Classique vans got plenty of love on the day, with visitors commenting on the beautiful finishes, clever layouts and spacious designs.
We had some lovely conversations with people at all stages of their camper journey – from those just dreaming about future road trips to others ready to make the leap.
And a huge thank you to our amazing Orange owners who came along to share their real-life experiences – we know how much it helps others to hear what campervan life is really like.
Which vans were on show?
We had all our current demo models set up indoors and ready for visitors to explore, including:

🚐 Micro Camper – compact, clever, and cosy, it’s the ideal choice for solo travellers or couples on the move

And our latest model:
🚐 Trouvaille Classique MWB High Roof – loads of headroom, heaps of storage, and comfort for the longer trips
Plenty of space to have a proper poke around – and even book a test drive!
Visitors from far and wide
We were blown away by how far some of you travelled to join us.
From Heathrow and Carlisle (they first met us at the Glasgow show!) to our Sheffield neighbours, it was so lovely to welcome you all. What a wonderful bunch the Orange family are!
And the feedback? Well, this one from Eric just about sums it up: “What a lovely warm bunch Team Orange are.”
