That might sound like plenty, but in reality, these fill quicker than you might expect!

At Orange Campers, every ‘van is carefully built with a focus on innovation, design and quality. We aren't a volume converter, which means our build capacity is always limited.

If you have a specific trip or handover date in mind, now is the time to start planning.

When should you book your campervan build slot?

We're typically booked up 3 to 4 months in advance, sometimes longer.

So if you're aiming for a summer handover, or working towards a specific trip, you need to work backwards from that date and secure your campervan build slot accordingly.

The earlier you book, the more choice you have across layouts, vehicles and timelines.

One of the biggest things to be considered is whether you'd like an automatic vehicle, as these are always in high demand and are usually the first to be reserved. So, if you know you want an automatic, planning ahead is essential.

Trouvaille Classique MWB campervan build slots and base vehicles

For the Trouvaille Classique MWB, your campervan build slot is directly linked to the availability of the base vehicle.

We build exclusively on brand new Fiat Ducato vehicles, all specified to our own Orange Campers standard.

We place orders every 3 to 4 months, and once those vehicles are allocated, they are gone.

That means securing your campervan build slot early also ensures you secure your vehicle from that batch.

Pricing for the Trouvaille MWB starts from £81,999 including VAT, with a range of layouts available and new innovations being introduced this year.

Micro Camper build slots: a more flexible route

Micro Camper build slots work slightly differently, which gives you more flexibility.

Some customers choose a nearly new vehicle to stay within budget, while others prefer brand new.

Either way, we can help source the right vehicle for you using our experience and trusted contacts.

We only ever work with low mileage, nearly new vans when sourcing used vehicles, so you still get that fresh, reliable feel.

Micro Camper pricing starts from £43,999 including VAT, making it the perfect starter ‘van if you are new to campervan life.

You can also choose a gas free Micro Camper, which removes the need for gas altogether and keeps everything simple with a modern off-grid setup.

How long does a campervan build take?

Once your campervan build slot begins, the build itself is relatively quick.

🚐 A Trouvaille MWB takes around 4 weeks.

🚐 A Micro Camper takes around 3 weeks.

Your handover date is only confirmed once your ‘van has been fully quality checked and valeted, because we never rush that final stage. It is part of our brand promise: continuous care, long after you drive away.

What happens during your campervan build slot?

Throughout your build, you will receive updates at different stages.

If you would like photos along the way, we are more than happy to share them.

Some customers enjoy seeing their ‘van come together step by step, while others prefer to keep it as a surprise until handover day – either way, you're part of the journey!
