October Open Day 2026: Come and try our new shower pod at HQ

We're opening the workshop doors on Sunday 4th October for our final Open Day of 2026, and there's something brand new waiting for you.
Our October Open Day is a relaxed Sunday at Orange Campers HQ where you can have a proper look round our campervans and chat with the people who design and build them. It's also one of the first chances to see our new shower pod for the Fixed Rear Bed layout, and you'll be able to step inside and try it out for yourself.
If you missed our September Open Day, this is your chance to come and see us. It's also our last Open Day of the year, so if you've been meaning to visit, now's the time to get it in the diary. There'll be brews on, soup and sarnies to keep you going and plenty of time to ask questions.

Come and try out our new shower pod
We've been really excited about this one. Our new shower pod has been designed for the Fixed Rear Bed layout, and it's been built here in our workshop.
The pod is a fully enclosed, one-piece fibreglass moulding with a screen door and you can sit down inside and shut the door, so you've got proper privacy when you're using the loo. There's a roof vent with a fan to keep things fresh, and lighting inside too.
For anyone who loves the idea of a proper shower while out on the road, this is for you. It means you've got your own facilities on board, so you're not relying on a campsite block when you'd rather be tucked away somewhere lovely.
We'll have the pod set up in our welcome area on the day. You can step inside, sit down, close the door and get a feel for the space, which tells you far more than any photo ever could.

It's a good example of how we work: we listen to our owners, we look at what could be better, and then we design it and build it here at HQ. Innovation is a big part of who we are, and it's lovely to be able to show you the latest piece in person.
Which campervans will be there?
We'll have our current demo 'vans on display, so you can compare layouts, roof options and features side by side.
🚐 On the Trouvaille Classique MWB side, you'll be able to look round the High Roof with Atek Pop Top, which gives you permanent standing room with extra sleeping space up top.
🚐 You can also see our Fixed Rear Bed layout on the High Roof MWB, which pairs nicely with a visit to the new shower pod in the welcome area.
🚐 Our client ambassador Sue Massey is also kindly bringing along her single seat Micro Camper, as our demo is out on hire. It's the perfect starter 'van if you want something compact and easy to live with, and there's no better way to see one than with the owner there to tell you how she uses it.
Sit on the seats, open the cupboards and picture how you'd use the space. A layout can look great on paper, but it only really clicks when you're stood inside with a brew in your hand and someone there to answer your questions!
Meet the team, our owners and Jack
Community is at the heart of Orange Campers, and our Open Days are where you'll feel it most. You'll be able to chat with Richard, Sonya and the rest of the team, as well as Sue and some of our other owners who'll be bringing their own 'vans along.
Our owners have been exactly where you are now. They're always happy to share what they chose, why it works for them and the little things they've learned along the way. Seeing how someone has set up their bedding or kitted out a dog-friendly corner can help everything fall into place.
And of course, Jack the dog will be around for a fuss. He likes to keep an eye on proceedings, as the true boss of Orange Campers should.

If you're hoping to start 2027 in a new 'van, it's worth knowing that our autumn and winter build slots are going fast. With this being our last Open Day of the year, it's the best opportunity to see everything in one place before those slots are gone.
Every Orange camper is handcrafted to order here at HQ, so the sooner we have a chat, the sooner we can talk through the layout and options that suit you. For lots of our visitors this is their forever 'van, and it's a decision worth taking your time over. Coming to the Open Day is the easiest way to get started without any pressure at all.

Can't make the Open Day?
Don't worry if the date doesn't work for you, as there are still ways to come and see us.
We're holding a coffee morning on Friday 16th October, which is a lovely relaxed way to look round the 'vans and have a natter with the team. It's also your chance to take a test drive, so if you've been wondering how our 'vans feel on the road, this is the perfect way to find out.
The best way to come and see us at a time that suits you is to book a workshop tour. You'll see live production, look round the 'vans and talk through which layout would work best for you, and you can take a look at the new shower pod while you're here too.
You'll also get a free mug set when you book a workshop tour, which is a lovely little thank you for coming to see us.
